What can I do if the government of my country has blocked the site which your videos are uploaded to?

Governments of some countries like China and Tunisia have blocked the access to video sharing site DailyMotion which i use to upload my videos. When you try to watch or download the videos, you might see a blank in the place of the video or a warning like this:

Here is the best way i’ve known so far to solve this problem:

Step by Step Explanation with images:

1) Click “Start” and go to “Control Panel”.

2) Click “Network and Internet Connections”

3) Click “Network Connections”

4)If you are using “LAN Connection” click right on it and go to “Properties”.

If you are using “Wireless Connection”, click right on it and go to “Properties”.

5) Choose Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click “Properties”.

6) Choose “Use the following DNS server addresses” and set “Preferred DNS Server” to “4.2.2.1″ and set “Alternate DNS Server” to “4.2.2.2″. It should look like this image:

7) Click OK and restart your browser. Now you can easily access to sites which are blocked by your government.

This way mostly solves the problem. But sometimes(just in a few cases) it might not work. Then the only thing you can do is praying. Maybe your government changes its mind. :)
